McGOLDRICK, DOROTHY PIERCE - age 83, of Knoxville, passed away at 3:30 a.m. Sunday, June 18, 2000 at her home. She was an active member of Roseberry Baptist Church in Mascot. She was preceded in death by her father, Henry Pink Pierce; mother, Nora Melinda Regan Pierce; great-grandchildren, Jordan and Taylor Sherrod. Survivors include her husband, Grover McGoldrick; daughter and son-in-law, Dolores and Ronald McMillan; son and daughter-in-law, David and Eloise McGoldrick; grandchildren, Ron McMillan, Deborah McMillan, Joy Sherrod and Kathy McGoldrick; great-grandchildren, Logan Sherrod and Savannah McMillan; brothers and sisters, Stella Bishop of Joanna, South Carolina, Fred Pierce of Lenoir City and Ray Pierce of Georgia; several other relatives and friends. A special thanks to Dr. Swilley, Dr. Young and Dr. Lee of Baptist Hospital and Baptist Hospice. Funeral services will be 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, 2000 at Roseberry Baptist Church with Rev. Kenny Shinlever officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. prior to the service. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 21, 2000 at Roseberry Cemetery. Pallbearers: Ronald McMillan, Ron McMillan, Tim Sherrod, Reece Jarnagin, Dan Davis and Rudy Bradley.
