Connie Lovell Hill, 37, of Knoxville, died Wednesday, June 18, 2003 following a valiant battle with trigeminal neuralgia. Connie was a 1984 graduate of Seymour High School and a 1992 graduate of the University of Tennessee School of Nursing. Connie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Conard and Ruth Lamons, and her grandmother, Flora Lovell. Survivors include her husband, Dan Hill; parents, Charlie and Bobbie Lovell; her aunt, Nancy Rolen; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie L. Hill; uncle and aunt, Edmond and Norma Seay; special cousins, Jack and Connie Cardwell, Rhonda and Ted Cogdill, Ty Rolen and Joe Mattern; and special friends, Dr. Carole Long, Dr. Mahdi Budayr, and Sam and Suzanne Pierce. Services were Friday in the Highland South Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Jerry Scott and the Rev. W.A. Galyon officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that those that wish to make contributions to the Trigeminal Neuralgia Association, 2801 SW. Archer Rd., Suite 3-C, Gainesville, Fla., 32608. Contributions should be designated "In memory of Connie Lovell Hill". Highland South Memorial Park, Funerals, and Cremations, is in charge of arrangements.
