Survived by wife, Zelma Matthews Cummings; daughter and son in law, Linda and Donald Phillips of Seymour; sons and daughters, John and Mary M. Cummings of Maryville, Artie Clifford Cummings of Maryville, Donald and Lisa Cummings of Rockford, Dennis and Connie Cummings of Maryville, Danny and Vicky Cummings of Maryville; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
