Survived by children and spouses, Heubert R. McCarter and wife, Helen, Una Vee Elliott and husband, Wayne, Mary Jo Valentine and husband, Fred, all of Seymour; 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; sister, Elsie Mountcastle. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, August 26, 2001 at Highland South Funeral Home with a funeral service to follow with Rev. Troy Cody officiating.
