Geraldine Gibson McGill-age 58 of Knoxville went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 16, 2010. She was a precious wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She will be forever loved and missed. She was preceded in death by her grandmother and grandfather Edward and Belle (Mimmie) Tipton; father Bates Gibson Jr.; infant brother Daniel Mark Gibson, brother Xan Gibson. She is survived by her beloved husband Earnie McGill; mother Eunave Gibson; sons and daughters-in-law Jason and Irene McGill, Jeff McGill and Amanda Hill; granddaughters Morgan, Madison and Jaylon McGill; Jason and Jeff McGill’s mother and father -in- law David and Lisa Hill; brothers, sister and sister-in-law Hank Gibson, Steve and Trish Gibson, Sarah Gibson; sister Lori Gibson; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law Eddie and Sherry McGill, Linda and Tony Fisher; several nieces, nephews and cousins;. Also to include special neighbor Sandy Chambers, Dr. Thomas Miller, DCI Dialysys Clinic Staff on Martin Mill Pike, 4th and 6th floor at U.T. Hospital. Visitation services will be Sunday, April 18, 2010 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Highland South Memorial Park Chapel with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Rusty Webster and Rev.
