- Was called H. H. Trentham. Choir director at Roaring Fork Baptist Church for many years. Original tuning fork in possession of JoAn Trentham Nicholls, granddaughter. Fell at the home of his son, Virgil L. Trentham, and broke his hip. Died at Fort Sanders hospital of complications of pneumonia during recovery from hip surgery. Rev. A.C. Starling officiated at funeral at Roaring Fork Baptist Church in Gatlinburg, TN., 2:00 P.M. October 16, 1975.
