James Alvin Byrd, age 74 of Pigeon Forge (originally from Lincolnton, NC ) died Thursday, May 29, 2003 at his home after a courageous battle of bone cancer. He faithfully attended Oak Street Church of God.

He was preceded in death by his parents James and Delsie Byrd.
