Mary Belle Fowler, age 81, of Cosby, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at her home. She was a member of First Baptist Church of White Pine. She was preceded in death by her husband Dan Fowler Jr., sons Terry Lynn, Ronald Lee, her parents James and Bertha Pace, along with several brothers and sisters. Survivors include her daughter Judy Roach, daughters-in-law Shirley Fowler, Claudia Worth, grandchildren William Fowler (Mary Ellen), Daniel Fowler (Frankie), Derrick Fowler (Kristy), Greg Worth, Jason Fowler, Jeremy Fowler, Amy Hayes, Ron Roach (Jenna), Aron Roach (Julie), Leigh Ann Roach, several great-grandchildren, special nieces Diane Hembree, Sandy Pack, Patricia Tackett, Tammy Trentham, nephew Larry Pace, special great-granddaughter Marisa Fowler. Funeral Service will be 8:00 P.M. Monday, June 1, 2009 in the chapel of Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Daugherty and Pastor Jeff Daugherty officiating. The family will meet at 10:45 A.M. Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at Brown Funeral Home to go in procession to Union Cemetery for an 11:00 A.M. interment. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. prior to the service at the funeral home.
