Thelma was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Cleo Blazer, parents, Claud and Bertha Holiday Fain, and brother, Elmer Fain. Survivors: Sons and daughter-in-law: Ronnie Blazer, Randall and Debra Blazer Grandchildren: Racheal C. Parton, Danny Parton, and Eric Blazer fiancé Brittany Kelsey Great-grandchild: Autumn Parton Step-great-grandchildren: Destiny Parton, and Shea Parton, Sister: Violet Fain Ellis Sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Betty and Danny Nolan Several nieces and nephews The family would like to extend their appreciation to Amedesys Hospice, Nurse Bruce and the doctors and staff at Seymour Medical, and a special thank you for all the prayers and phone calls. Family and friends will meet 11 AM Wednesday, in Cummings Chapel Cemetery for graveside services and interment with Pastor Hudson Chesteen and Rev. David Gibson officiating.
