June 24, 1944 - July 19, 2014 Resided in Sevierville, TN Eddie Jonas Sutton, age 70, of Sevierville, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2013. Eddie volunteered for the United States Army and served from October 1966 through September 1968. He was a graduate of Tennessee Institute of Electronics of Knoxville. He received disability retirement from TVA of Knoxville after 19 years of employment. Eddie was of the Baptist faith and his hobbies included cooking, reading, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edd and Jane Sutton, brothers, Bennie and Dean, father-in-law, Verlis Ellis, grandson, Daniel Sutton, brothers-in-law, Eddie Ellis and David Parton.
