Hazel went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday the January 20, 2012. She was a member of Elm Street Baptist Church, former employee of Supreme Foods. Hazel had fought a 15 year battle against Parkinson's which had finally taken her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel A. Maner, Sr, Parents: William F. and Dora (Carmack) Miller. Brothers: Andy, Homer, Vernon, Alonzo; Sisters: Neva, Thelma, Gladys. Granddaughter: Grace. She leaves; Children: Samuel A. Maner, Jr and wife Lori, Daniel L. Maner, Grandchildren: Adra, Martin, Kiera, Bonnie and Allen. Brothers Donald Miller and wife Carol of Milwaukee, WI, Paul Miller and wife Vina of Corbin, KY.; Sister: Della Jones of Powell. Several Nieces and Nephews. The family will receive friends Monday January 23, 2012 from 12-2 p.m. at Sherwood Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Randall Jones, Rev Dale Watson and Rev C.M. Kelly officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
