Douglas, 86, of Sevierville, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2017. She was a business owner and a homemaker. Hazel was also a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Hattie Ray; brothers, Haskel and John Earl Ray; sisters, Bonnie Schneider and Barbara Sharp. Hazel is survived by her husband, Ervin C. Douglas; son, Scott Douglas and wife, Cathy; daughters, Kaye Lamon and husband, Michael, and Karen Wilson and husband, Steve; grandchildren, Mike Lamon and wife, Christy, Laura Haynes and husband, Robert, Kelly Weber and husband, Brandon, Andrew Wilson and wife, Bunny, and Hunter Douglas; great-grandchildren, Katelyn, Brianna, and Joshua Haynes, Madison and Ryan Lamon, Izabella Weber, Shayden and Josiah Wilson; sister, Elizabeth Bryan and husband, Carl; and a host of loving extended family members and friends. The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to her special caregiver, Gail Williams. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 PM Tuesday, June 13th with the funeral service to follow at 7 PM in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. Rev. Lee Ray and Rev.
