Burgin, 85, was the father of Gene Burgin, owner of the Burgin Dodge automobile dealership, and a charter member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church. He died Monday. For years, the Burgin home was the stone building that is now Berry Funeral Home. Mr. Burgin also leaves his wife, Neva Burgin; other sons, J. N. Burgin, Darrahl Burgin, and Homer Burgin, all of Knoxville; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and two sisters. Services will be at 11 p.m. today in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home.!Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Sevier Heights TV Program. [S1] U. S.
