Ruby Louise Gibson, age 98 of Sevierville, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at Fort Sanders-Regional Medical Center. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was the oldest member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church and Whites community. She loved her flowers and sewing.
She was preceded in death by her parents Isaac and Mattie Thomas Tarwater; father of her children Doyle Gibson; Sons Billy and David R. Gibson; daughters Catherine Williams and Kathy McMahan; son-in-law Glenn Franklin; daughter-in-law Bernice Gibson; grandson Randy Denton; brothers Earnest, Pete, and Winfred Tarwater; sister Neva Brewer.
