Lee Elmer Davis, age 91 of Seymour, passed away Thursday, December 11. He was a simple man that took great pride in his family and the love they show to one another. Mr. Davis served in the Navy during World War II on the U.S.S. Whitehurst. He was a member of Knob Creek Baptist Church, and retired from Robertshaw Fulton.
Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Betty Jo Davis; sisters, Rebecca Smelcer and Anna Tipton; brother, Frank Davis.
Survived by
His loving children: son and daughter-in-law Sam and Delphine Davis; daughter and son-in-law Sharon and Jim Cutshaw
Adoring grand-children: Jeremy and Amber Davis, Allison and John Clabo, Susanne and Rod Davis, Amy and Mike Barbour.
Great grand-children: McKenzie and Jake Davis, Jack Hansen, and Ben and Ella Barbour
Brother and sister-in-law: George and Betty Davis.
Sister: Virginia Reagan
Cherished friends the Williams family, the Parton family, and the Dykes family
