Mrs. Loretta " Nana" Stephenson, 76, wife of the late Merle Stephens, died March 13, 2002, at her residence. Funeral services will be private.
She was the daughter to the late, Elbert and Eula Connatser , and native of Knoxville, Tenn. Mrs. Stephens lived in Aiken for 16 years before moving to North Augusta. She attended of St. Luke's Anglican Catholic Church, Augusta, Ga.
She is survived by daughters, Yvonne Kinney, North Augusta and Charlene Rockhold, Noblesville, Tenn.; grandchildren, Jeffery Stephenson, Indianapolis, Ind., Suzanne Ware, Wagner, Julia Alexander, Castle Rock, Colo., Michael Alexander, USAF, David Alexander, Columbia, Angela Johnson, Cincinnati Ohio, and Eric Hawley, Noblesville, Ind.; and six great grandchildren.
The family wishes that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to St. Luke's Anglican Catholic Church, 3081 Wheeler Rd, Augusta, GA 30909 or the Parkinson Foundation, 1501 N.W. 9th Ave., Miami, FL 33136.
