Mike was a 1981 graduate of Seymour High School. He was an over the road truck driver, driving mostly from East Tennessee to the west coast. He was preceded in death by his mother Wilma, April 22, 2015. Mike is survived by his father, Arnold and his brother Chris (Kelly), aunts Wanda Johnson and Louise Cook (Lowell) Uncles, James (Susan) of Knoxville, George of Seymour, niece, Destiny Cotter of Maryville, step niece, Randi Smith of Maryville, step-nephews, Curtis Stabler, and Zac Stabler of Knoxville, Mike is also survived by cousins Steve Cook of Knoxville, Terry Bartuska of Willington, FL, and Bryan Johnson of War Trace, TN. Mike was a member of Gospel Light Baptist Church in Sevierville, and was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1998. Family and friends will meet 11AM Monday at Highland South cemetery for graveside service with Rev. Dallas Moore officiating.
