CUMMINGS, THERON R. (BUTCH) - age 70, of Fountain City, died Tuesday afternoon, September 20, 2005 in Jefferson City. He was a Baptist and a veteran of the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel parents, Artie and Trula Cummings and sisters, Lorene McNutt and infant Evelyn Cummings. Mr. Cummings is survived by his brother, James Cummings and wife, Zelma of Maryville and their family nieces, Darlene Williams and Linda Moore and nephew, Ulysses McNutt all of Sevier County. Family and friends will meet at New Gray Cemetery Thursday for a 3:00 P.M. graveside service with Rev. Dallas Moore officiating. Military honors will be presented by the Volunteer State Veterans Honor Guard. Friends may call at their convenience at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel.
