Nellie Mae Williams, age 69 of Sevierville, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2008, at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center with her children at her bedside. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and mother-in-law to all.
She was preceded in death by her husband James (Bud) Williams, parents Laverne and Carl Williams, Sr., sister Mary Shular, and brother Charlie Williams.
She is survived by her:
Daughters and sons-in-law: Diane and Raymond Metcalf, Teresa and Billy Cole, Annie Craig
Sons and daughters-in-law: Jerry and Debra Williams, Frankie Williams, Billy and Jeannie Williams, Cecil and Cathy Williams, Carroll and Kendie Williams
Brothers: Carl, Curtis, Ray, Bobby, James, and Raymond Williams
Sister: Betty McKinsey
Brother-in-law: Junior and Barbara Williams
19 Grandchildren, 13 Great-grandchildren, and one on the way
Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons: Darren Chambers, Bobby Cole, Dusty Metcalf, Adam Metcalf, Jamie Craig, and Joey Williams.
Funeral service 2 PM Thursday in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with the Revs. Dwayne White, Daniel Sizemore, and Ray Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
