Survivors include his wife, Martha; one son, Neil Ross, New Port Richey; one daughter, Anita Gail Smith, Round Hill, Va.; one stepson, Jerry Dixon, Zephyrhills; two brothers, Raymond, Sevierville, Tenn., and Earl, Maryville, Tenn.; three sisters, Bonnie Carr and Ruby Chambers, both of Sevierville, and Mae Manis, Semore, Tenn.; and four grandchildren.
