Faye Ramsey McCarter, age 79 of Sevierville, passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2003. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Sevierville, and was retired from the Sevier County Board of Education as a teacher for 40 years.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Truman McCarter; parents, Sam and Nola McGaha Ramsey; mother and father-in-law, Horace and Eva McCarter; and son-in-law Ronnie Chambers.
