Gene Catlett, age 87, of Seymour, joined his beloved wife of 54 years in their heavenly home Tuesday, June 5, 2007. He was a U.S. Army veteran in the 200 Port and Service Command. Mr. Catlett was a longtime member of Knob Creek Baptist Church and the caretaker of Knob Creek Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his parents, Delia Terry Catlett and James Otha Catlett, wife, Reba Catlett, brothers, Wilson Catlett and James Curtis Catlett.

Interment 2 PM Sunday in Knob Creek Cemetery with military honors provided by American Legion Post 104.
