OGLE, LEONARD HARRISON - age 79 of Knoxville passed away Thursday, November 11, 1999 . He is a veteran of World War II and served on the deacon board at Walnut Hill Baptist Church and Corum Rd. Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his wife, Aileen Ogle and daughter, terry Ogle. He is survived by sons and daughters in law, Charles and Terry Ogle, Pete and Marilyn Ogle, and son, Carl Ogle; daughter and son in law, Mary and Carl Ward; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; special friends, Roy Taylor and Paul Brown, all of Knoxville; sisters, Mary Cattlet of Kodak, Nell Hubbard of Knoxville, Marie Baker of Crossville, and Ruth Ladd of Michigan. Funeral services will be held Sunday at the Walnut Hill Baptist Church at 2 p.m. with Rev. David French and Rev. Eddie Smart officiating. Interment services will be held in Union Cemetery on Washington Pike with the East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard officiating. The Ogle family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at McCarty Mortuary. I 4004 Holston Dr. in charge of arrangements. 525-3121.
