He was a member of Galilee Baptist Church. He also was a veteran of the Canadian Air Force and Army. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ferdinand and Marianne Garneau, his sisters, Irene and Clare, and brothers, Wilfred and Emil. Survivors: Wife: Mary Garneau Nieces and nephews: Ken Carroll, Donna Carroll, Randy Carroll, Sheri Armstrong, Barry Carroll. Anita Mitchell, and Debbie Wannamaker Funeral service 2 PM Saturday in the chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Troy Cody officiating. Interment to follow in Knob Creek Cemetery.
