Betty Jean Cardwell
Betty Jean Cardwell, 70, of Sevierville, passed away Friday, February 25, 2005 at Sevier County Health Care Center.
Betty was of the Baptist faith.
Preceding Betty in death is her husband, Jimmie Ray Cardwell; parents, John and Mattie Kelly Brock; brothers, Carl and Howard Brock; grandson, Jamey Reed.
Betty is survived by her children, Ethel House of Ohio, Rick Matheney of California, Linda Sue Chance of Sevierville, Robert Vickery and wife Lela of California; step-daughter Kristy McElyea of Sevierville, grandchildren, Jonathan and Shane Chance, Alex, Michael, and Quinn Vickery; sisters, Barbara Muller and Edna Vickery. Besides the immediate family, Betty will be missed by numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Service will be 7:00 p.m. Sunday, February 27, 2005 at Rawlings Funeral Chapel with Rev. Orville Parton officiating. Interment will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 28 at Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. Sunday, February 27 at Rawlings Funeral Home.
