February 12, 1950 - September 13, 2017 Kathy Cantrell, age 67 of Pigeon Forge, loving mother, Mamaw, and friend, went into the arms of Jesus with her daughter and son-in-law by her side on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at Vanderbilt Hospital. She was a member of River of Life Church of God. Kathy loved people and served the Lord whole-heartedly. Even during challenging times, she always had a smile, remained positive, and put her trust in God. She was preceded in death by her husband June Ralph (Junior) Cantrell, her parents Ernest Mills and Opal Katherine Flynn, sisters Teresa McHan and Sandy Terry, and brother Gordon Mills. She is survived by: Daughter: Angela Bacorn and husband Michael Grandchildren: Savanna and Landen whom she adored Brother: Roger “Rod” Mills Several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews Funeral service 7PM Monday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Pastor Victor Alley and Pastor Joe Cole officiating.
