She was a devoted mother and grandmother and is survived by: Children and spouses: Belinda and Randy Noe of Kodak; Buddy and Gwen Newman of Sevierville; Donna and Brian Workman of Strawberry Plains Grandchildren: Meliah, Anthony, Chris, Brandi, Josh, Joey, TJ, Sharon and Paige Great-grandchildren: Tyler, Shane, Dustin, Jayden, Alex, Braxton and Kaylie Brothers: Merle Byrd and Rudolph Byrd Beloved nieces, nephews and loved ones Funeral service 5 PM Sunday in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev.
