"Bob" Burchfield, Jr., age 66 of Sevierville, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2014. Bob was a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and was a member of First United Methodist Church, Sevierville. He was a prominent local businessman with real estate ties and was active in various charitable organizations. Bob loved people in general, farming, gardening and traveling. A devoted husband and family man, Bob will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Robert Burchfield and Dorothy Burchfield Butler; and sister-in-law, Debra Burchfield. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Ogle Burchfield; brother, James Burchfield; sisters, Barbara Ayers and husband Wayne Ayers, Elizabeth Corker and husband Bob Corker; mother-in-law, Stella Ogle; brothers-in-law, Mike Ogle and wife Sandy, Don Ogle, Larry "Bud" Ogle and wife Cindy, Phil Ogle; several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to either the Sevier County Humane Society, P. O. Box 976, Pigeon Forge, TN 37868 or to Safe Harbor Child Advocacy Center, 935 Cedar Lane, Sevierville, TN 37862. Funeral service 7 PM Friday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev.
