He is survived by his wife, Audrey Carmon; ex-wife, Ashley Carmon; daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Dan Ramsey, and Cheryl and Donnie Nichols; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Lena Yarber, Thelma Gambrel and Eva Kidwell; two stepchildren, Brian Blakely and Kim Cox; daughter-in-law, Ronda Dake; five stepgrandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends met at Greenwood Cemetery on Monday for a graveside service with the Rev. Jerry Baltimore officiating. Military honors were provided by East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard.
