Noah J. Teffeteller , age 83 of Maryville, went to rest Sunday, October 16, 2005. He was a decorated member of the Veterans of Foreign War and served 7 years in World War II. He had received the World War II Victory Medal, American Service Medal, European-African Middle Eastern Service Medal with 3 Bronze Stars and Good Conduct Medal . He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Johnson Teffeteller and son, Kenneth Teffeteller ; brothers, Kenneth and Fred; sister, Ruth Craig. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Daisy Teffeteller ; sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Barbara Teffeteller , James and Penny Teffeteller ; special son, Lonnie Teffeteller ; sons, Noah Teffeteller Jr. and Clarence Teffeteller ; daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabeth and Roy Rogers, Mary and Elmer Russell and Sharon and Randy Jackson; 11 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Mabel Patterson; special nephew, Terry Patterson; very close cousins, Roy Teffeteller and Marie Payne. A special thanks to Betty Verhlust and Eyvonne Reno from all the Teffeteller family. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 18, 2005 at Smith Mortuary with funeral service at 7:30 p.m. in the West Chapel of Smith Mortuary, Maryville with Rev.
