Ora Ann Shultz, age 91 of Sevierville died Wednesday, June 11, 2003 at Ft. Sanders-Sevier Nursing Home. She was born in Rocky Flats in Sevier County. She earned a Master’s Degree in Education and traveled extensively over-seas. Her many years of teaching included ten years in Germany and six years in Japan. Upon returning to the United States, she taught astrometry in a planetarium in Newark, Delaware. After many years of retirement she returned back to Sevierville to be close to her family.
Ms. Shultz was preceded in death by her parents Silas and Nora Shultz; brother Glenn Shultz; sister Clara Lee McDonald; and infant sister and brother Thelma and Curtis.

Funeral service 11 AM Saturday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Ely officiating. Interment will follow in Shiloh Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to First United Methodist Church – Building Fund, 214 Cedar Street, Sevierville, Tennessee 37862.
