Cherished mother of five and will be greatly missed. Preceded in death by first husband, Floyd Lee Koontz; second husband, Clyde C. Wagner; parents, James and Eugenia McMahan; son, Gerald Allen Koontz; granddaughter, Tonya Lynn Koontz. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Jim McKesson; sons and daughter-in-laws, James and Linda Koontz, Dennis and Angie Koontz and Douglas And Karla Koontz; 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchild; brothers, Charles Dewey McMahan and Troy McMahan; sisters, Emily Roberts and Charlotte White, and former daughter-in-law, Missy Koontz. Funeral Service 8:00 PM, Friday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City, with Rev. J.C. Parrott officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:45 AM, Saturday, at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for interment at 11:00 AM. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 PM, Friday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City.
