Mullins, age 80, a life long resident of Sevierville, died Friday, February 25, 2005 at her home. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Sevierville. Best known for her quick wit and personality, Mrs. Mullins was an active member in community activities, county schools and social clubs throughout the years. Mrs. Mullins, along with her husband, Joe W, Mullins, was owner of Mullins’ Mountain View Service Center on the Parkway in Sevierville for 42 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years Joe W.
