ROBINSON, ROBERT A. - of Dandridge formerly of Knoxville passed away September 4, 2010 at the age of 63 at home with his family at his side. He was retired from East TN Baptist Hospital after 30 years of employment. Robert attended Newport Seventh Day Adventist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene Spangler and father Sterling C. Robinson. Survivors include his wife, Ellen Ogle Robinson; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Lisa Robinson, Steven and Tebah Dyer; grandchildren, Katie Mynatt and Cassidy Robinson; brother and sister-in-law: Sterling and Bonnie Robinson; brother-in-law and wife: George and Melody Ogle. At Robert's request, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Newport Seventh Day Adventist Church, Building Fund, c/o Church Treasurer Carole Colburn, 3536 Caywood Road, Dandridge, TN, 37725. A celebration of life will be held Sunday, September 12, 2010 from 2:30 p.m. - 430 p.m. at Newport Seventh Day Adventist Church, 125 Hedrick Drive, Newport, TN, 37821.
