Hembree, 76, of Sevierville passed away Saturday, February 4, 2017. He retired from Skyline Texaco in Gatlinburg and was a self-employed shade tree auto mechanic that helped many. Chester never met a stranger. He always had a story to share and a smile for everyone. Chester loved his family with all his heart. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Herman Hembree; sister, Grace Hembree; and son-in-law, Ray Reynolds. Chester is survived by his daughters, Kathy (Roy) Reynolds, and Patty (Dwight) Breeden; grandchildren, Allen Reynolds, Brad (Kim) Reynolds, Jackie Reynolds (Dusty), Curtis (Hailee) Reynolds, and Casey Reynolds; great-grandchildren, Austin, Ashley, and Kyndra Reynolds, and Paiton Pallaria; great-great-grandchildren, Ella Reynolds and Willow Reagan; brother, Eugene "Cherokee" Hembree (Debra); sister, Ruby (Fred) Baldwin; nieces and nephews, Brian and Tim Hembree, David (Mary) Baldwin, and Milissa Manco; and extended loving family members and friends. Memorial donations may be made to the Sevier County Humane Society, 959 Gnatty Branch Rd, Sevierville, TN 37876. The family will receive friend from 5 to 7 PM Thursday, February 9th with the memorial service to follow at 7 PM in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
