Ora Grayce Ridings Metsopulos , 88, passed away on Monday, Nov. 19, 2007, at Morristown Memorial Hospital. The funeral will be from the Leonardis Memorial Home, 210 Ridgedale Ave., Florham Park, on Saturday, assembling at 9:30 a.m. Services will be held at the funeral home, beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Hanover Cemetery on Hanover Road in East Hanover. The family will receive friends for a visitation on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Born in Maryville, Tenn., Grayce attended Maryville College and earned a degree in science. She earned a master's degree in nursing from Western Reserve University. Grayce lived in Florham Park for the past 52 years. As a registered nurse, she entered the Army Nurse Corps to serve during World War II. She was stationed at Crile General Hospital in Cleveland, where she met her husband, Peter. Grayce was a lifetime member of the NSDAR, serving as a state officer and chapter regent. She was a past president of the Florham Park Historical Society and served for many years as a docent and board member of Maccullough Hall. She also enjoyed a longtime nursing career at Morristown Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of 62 years to Peter J. Metsopulos . She will be deeply missed by her children, Patricia Beek, Peter Jr., Pamela Montgomery and Cynthia Lee; grandchildren, James, Jessica, Cynthia, Krystina, Brittany, John, Daniel and Scott; she was the sister of Charles A. and Alex Ridings and Ruth Ridings Whitehead.
