Roscoe Reagan, age 95 of Sevierville, passed away Saturday, July 22, 2006. Born September 9, 1910, in the Baskins Creek area of Gatlinburg, he lived most of his life at the foot of Bluff Mountain. In the 1930’s he worked with the CCC’s on the Skyline project. He is a founding member of Mountain View Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife Martha Kate Dockery Reagan; parents Daniel W.S. and Martha Ogle Reagan; stepfather Dallas Loveday; brothers James Valentine, Charles Wesley, Daniel Kemuel, William Wiley, Lemuel Edward, George Sylvestor, Marcus Leviticus, Lee Ottie, Marshall E., and Darris D.; sisters Mary Emeline, Maude, Rozettie, Grace Newman, Myrtle Loveday, and Trula Davis; sons-in-law James Aubin and Fred Moore; daughters-in-law Wanda Matthews Reagan and Anna Belle Manis Reagan.

Funeral service 7 PM Monday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Ball and Rev. Bill Maples officiating. Family and friends will meet 10 AM Tuesday in Mountain View Cemetery for interment. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Monday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. (www.atchleyfuneralhome.com)
