Resided in Seymour, TN
Donald Charles Reagan, age 69, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2014. He battled cancer over the past twenty years and sought various ways to combat it. Don was a quiet man who grew up on a farm in the hills of Dupont. As a young boy (the youngest of ten), he loved experimenting with elements and getting into mischief, enjoying the reactions to both. This led him into a career as an electrical engineer. He had a long service with TVA and retired from ORNL. Don was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He loved tennis and hiked all through Dupont and the Great Smoky Mountains while he reflected on the hunting and gathering from the land all through the years. Though he didn't carry over as much of the gardening, he was obsessed with maintaining a beautiful yard and thoroughly enjoyed the seasons of the year. He always had an elaborate way of wording things and was committed to Valley Grove Baptist Church that he and his brother Richard belonged to for many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Clifford and Neva Reagan, brothers; Ray, Ralph, Frank, and Richard Reagan, and sisters; Imogene Smelcer and Frances Hobbs.
