ZELMA MAE ROLLINS was born on December 12, 1927 in Oklahoma City. She passed away surrounded by her family on November 16, 2004 at the age of 76. Zelma graduated from Pasadena High School in 1945. She enjoyed gardening, ceramics, sewing and especially loved her poodles. She was a member of Lakewood Church. Zelma loved her family and was a wonderful mother, a loving grandmother, and a devoted wife. Preceding her in death are her father, Joe Beaver McMahan who died in 1954, and her husband, Lenard A. Rollins who passed away in 1995. Surviving her are her mother, Juanita Hogan; daughters, Cheryl Morrison and husband Wayne "Mo", Sarah Jo Molina and husband Robert, and Margaret Nix and husband Wayne; grandchildren, Allen Goldsmith and wife Carry and their son Braden, Bryan Goldsmith and his daughter Karen, Robert Molina Jr., William Molina, and Stefanie Perry and husband Rick and their son Drew; sisters, Margaret Ann Trice and Doris Scroggins; nephew, David Phillips; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. A celebration of Zelma 's life will be Saturday, November 20th at 10:30 AM at Forest Park Lawndale's Chapel of Angels. Burial will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery. The family will greet friends Friday from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
