LAWRENCE , DONALD RAY age 69, of Dandridge, went to be with the Lord on March 29, 2009 at UT Hospital. He was of the Baptist faith an US Navy Veteran. He was a long haul truck driver with 30 years of service. Preceded in death by parents, Mary and Roy Lawrence ; sisters, Christine Oaks and Sandra Amyx; brothers, Bill and James Lawrence . Survived by wife, Betty L. Lawrence ; sisters, Betty and Claude Whaley, June and Glynn Skeen, Brenda and Martin Roach, Jewell Murray and Shirley Lawrence ; several nieces and nephews; special niece, Kim Lawrence . Funeral service 8 PM Wednesday, Fielden Chapel with Rev. Earl McCosh and Rev. Robbie Drinnon officiating. Interment 11 AM Thursday Jefferson Memorial Garden. The family will receive friends Wednesday 6 - 8 PM prior to funeral service at Fielden Funeral Home.
