He was a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church. He was employed for 35 years at Roehl Construction Company in Knoxville, serving most of those years as job supervisor. He was preceded in death by his parents, Levi and Anna Mae Tarwater, brothers, Glenn, Frank, and Norman Tarwater, Sisters, Ailene, and Peggy. Survivors: Wife: Rosie Dockery Tarwater Sons: Scott Tarwater and friend Mary Ruth Spence Martin Tarwater and wife Linda Daughter: Sheila Gibson and husband Gary Grandchildren: Travis Tarwater, Justin Gibson, Lori Gibson, Tausha Tarwater Sister: Juanita Keasler Niece: Dorothy Dellinger Special friends: James and Linda Parton, Travis Spence, and Melanie Spence Funeral service 2 PM Saturday in Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church with Rev.
