Homer Randles, 76, of Sevierville passed away Saturday, February 07, 2004 at his daughter’s residence surrounded by his loving family.
During WWII he served his country as a member of the Army. Besides serving his country, Homer was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Sevierville and was honored to be a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Waiting for Homer is his parents, James Robert and Esta Ellison Randles and his baby sister, Reba Jo Randles.
Homer leaves behind to mourn his passing his loving wife, Imogene Breeden Randles of Sevierville; daughters, Bobbie White and husband Roger, Patty McKinney and husband Chuck, all of Sevierville; brother, J.R. Randles and wife Jackie of Sevierville; grandchildren, T.J. Davis, Dalton and Hannah White; step-grandson, Chuckie McKinney and wife Tabitha; step great grandchildren, Chaz, Tori and Preston McKinney. Besides the immediate family, many relatives and a host of special friends whose lives he has touched will miss Homer.
A Masonic service will be conducted by Mountain Star Lodge #197 at 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 9, 2004 at Rawlings Funeral Chapel with the funeral service following with Rev. Randy Davis and Rev. Clay Mulford officiating and David Goode delivering the eulogy. Interment will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 10 at Eledge Cemetery with American Legion Post #104 conducting military rites. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. preceding the services at Rawlings Funeral Home.
