He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Betty Webb of White Pine; daughter and son-in-law, Stacie Webb and Brian Keller of White Pine; mother, Anna Webb; brothers, Reece Balch and Wessie Webb; sisters, Ann McMillian and Sherry Davis; several nieces and nephews; and many friends. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ned Riley officiating. Interment will be in the Union Cemetery.
