DELLINGER, BEN HARRISON - age 81 of Knoxville born February 23, 1923 passed away Tuesday June 22, 2004 at U.T. Hospital. He was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by his wife: Helen Cole Dellinger mother and father: Mary Maybell and Mitch Dellinger 5 brothers 7 sisters. He had worked for the State of Tennessee for twenty years. He loved gardening and yard work. Survivors: daughters: Debbie, Darlene and Larry, Cathy and Jim sons: Homer and Mary, Buster and Diana, Ronnie, Tommy and Sharon, Billy and Becky. granddaughters: Amanda, Helen and Travis, Rachael, Crystal, Ashley, Jessica, Lisa grandsons: Joshua, Michael and Leann, Wayne and Jennie, Jeremy, Justin, Benjamin great grandchildren: Savanah, Hailey, Issac. sister: Diccie and Jet Helton of Sevier Co. Funeral service 8:00 P.M. Thursday Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel with Rev Albert Barlow officiating, music by Sharon Dellinger and Crystal Boyd. Family and friends will leave Rose Mortuary 10:15 A.M. Friday and proceed to Highland South Cemetery for interment at 11:00 A.M. The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel.
