Mr. Watts is preceded in death by his wife Margaret Ethel Blalock Watts; parents Lester and Leona (Christopher) Watts; brothers Charles Watts and wife Ruth Watts, Elbert Watts; and sisters Esther Watts Parton, Ola Victoria "Polly" Watts Cate. Survivors include: Son: Jake L.
