She was preceded in death by her husband James Blair; parents, Andrew Garfield McCulley and Becky Hatcher McCulley; sisters, Josie Goodman, Lillian Reed, Della Vaughan and Jennie Ruth Loveday; brothers, Winfred McCulley, Lee Oliver McCulley, A.G. McCulley and Riley McCulley Survivors: Daughters: Shirley Shuler and special son-in-law Jim Shuler, Vickie Blair Grandchildren: Jama Shuler and husband Chad Gibson, Tandy Shuler, Jordan Shuler Several nieces and nephews The family wishes to express their special thanks to the Little Creek Nursing Home staff and Dotty Kosier.
