Opal Baker Johnson, age 85 of Seymour, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2014. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who greatly loved her family. Opal was a life-long member of Zion Hill Baptist Church where she served her church and community. She will surely be missed, but is now rejoicing with the Lord.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Johnson; parents, Otis and Stella Baker; brothers, Reece Baker and Buford Baker
Survivors include:
Sons: Corbin Johnson and wife Gladys, Ricky Johnson and wife Susie
Grandchildren: Aneisha Sutton and husband Ricky, Brad Johnson and wife Alicia, April Owens and husband Daniel, Chad Johnson, Ernie Brewster and wife Debbie
