REAGAN, ROY ELMER - age 80, of Knoxville, died Wednesday, June 16,
1999, at St. Mary's Residential Hospice. Member of West Lonsdale Baptist Church where he taught Sunday school for many years.
Veteran of World War II. Retired from US Postal Service with 34 years service. He was also a member of NARFE and NALC. Preceded in death by parents, Wesley and Ressie Reagan; and brothers, Buford and Kenneth Reagan. Survived by wife, Rebecca Foust Reagan; daughter and son-in-law, Karen Reagan Britton and John J. Britton; stepdaughter and husband, Gail Kelly Bruner and Vernon Bruner; step-granddaughers, Erin Kelly Monroe, Laura Pena and husband, Arnold Pena; brother, Rev. Calvin E. Reagan of Clarksville, Tenn.; sister, Emma Lee Walker; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 2 p.m. Saturday at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel with rev. Bruce Robinson officiating. Interment to follow at Edgewood Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Residential Hospice, 7447 Andersonville Pike, Knoxville, TN 37938. Family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Friday and 1-2 p.m. Saturday at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel.
