BANNAN, NELLIE ELIZABETH BRADLEY - age 90, formerly of Sevierville, died Monday, October 13, 2008 in Lady Lake, Florida. Nellie was born on December 10, 1917 in Carney's Point, New Jersey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Bannan; daughter, Patricia Atchley; grandson, Billy Bannan; and granddaughter, Jamie Lee Atchley. Survivors include her: children, Bill and Sherry Bannan, Betsey and Tom Zion, Kelly and David King; grandchildren, Tammy Kelly and husband Tom, Jennifer Bannan, Catherine Atchley and husband Chuck, Trey Atchley and wife Tina, Haven Atchley and husband Robbie Trosper, Weston King, Jamie King; and great-grandchildren, Andrew, Jake, Sam, and Anna Kelly, Tova and Desmond Engel. She will be remembered fondly for her sweet disposition, multitude of talents, quick wit, remarkable whistling ability and tendency to break out into song. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Florida.
