(June 1, 1924 - March 29, 2016) Mildred Dixon Walton, age 91, of Rockford, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, March 29, 2016. She was a member of Riverview Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Bruce Dixon and Coy Walton; and son, Steve Dixon. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ben and Velma Dixon; daughter, Marilyn Hill; daughter-in-law, Lori Dixon; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Miller Funeral Home, Magnolia Chapel. Interment service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday at Clarks Grove Cemetery.
